Market Cap: Bitcoin shows no signals of slowing down marking another All-Time High record at $49K
The total market capitalization skyrockets above $1.4 Billion due to Bitcoin’s massive gains as the King of Cryptos has marked another ATH at $49,000
Bitcoin seems to recovering some of its dominance as it has painted a fresh All-Time High record at $49,000 but immediately retraced and currently trades around $47,500.
Ten days ago, BTC was trading around $32 — $35K with many analysts claiming that if the primary cryptocurrency fails somehow to reclaim $40K price tag, then we may see BTC plunging at $20K as the story repeats itself. The second big wave that led the world’s largest cryptocurrency to a new ATH above $45K came on Monday 8th of February following the news that Tesla had invested over $1.5 Billion in BTC back in January.
Yesterday, the situation changed with Bitcoin marking not 1 new All-Time High record but 2, leading the price first at $48,400 before it continues further north at $49,000, where it remained for a couple of hours and retraced slightly at around $47,500.
Experts say, that if the primary cryptocurrency somehow manage to surpass the resistance line of $48,800, there are many possibilities to see BTC touching $50,000 for the first time in history.
Altcoins totally in “Green”
Alternative coins would not miss the party as most of them have been performing in green in the last few days keeping the total Market Capitalization above $1 Trillion.
To be more specific, the most powerful altcoins have retraced slightly, while smaller ones have been marking some impressive gains.
The world’s second largest Crypto, Ethereum is currently trading around $1,750 while Bitcoin Cash remains inches away from $530. Of course we should not forget to mention Ripple as it has marked gains of almost 8% leading the price at $0.56.
